Owned by PT. Makmur Orient Jaya, Summarecon Mall Bekasi Phase 2 (SMB 2) is strategically located on Jl. Boulevard Ahmad Yani, Marga Mulya, North Bekasi, Bekasi City, West Java, and directly connected to Summarecon Mall Bekasi Phase 1.
Developed on a planning area of 46,538 m² with a total floor area of 94,445 m², the building comprises 6 floors (B1, B2, Ground, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd) and 3 mezzanines for M&E Utilities. The project adopts an experience-based mall concept that seamlessly integrates retail, dining, and active lifestyle offerings within a single cohesive environment.
The development was designed by Cadiz International Middle East FZLLC as Principal Architect, in collaboration with PT. Anggara Architeam as Local Architect. Structural engineering was undertaken by PT. Gistama Intisemesta, with infrastructure planning by PT. Arsinsi Prima Cipta.
A defining feature of the development is WELLGROUND (Wellness Ground), a rooftop Sports & Wellness Center spanning 17,587 m², positioned under the tagline “Ground for Active Living.” Designed as a premium hub for fitness and recreation, WELLGROUND features NXT FIT Gym, JUVIA Wellness & Spa, multi-sport courts (Badminton, Basketball, Padel, Tennis, and Pickleball), an Olympic-size Infinity Pool, and lifestyle dining outlets including After Match & MARKT.
