A new couple tower consists of 30 floor level for Wing 1 and 20 floor level for Wing 2, with total about 180 m of height, called the Soho@Pancoran, is proposed to be built in Pancoran, South Jakarta. The towers will be mixed use building comprise of retail/mall and soho. The mechanical & electrical systems will be designed based on that marketing plan accordingly.
